Bank of Scotland Corporate Banking
Bank of Scotland Corporate Banking has made a total of six appointments to teams based at the Bank’s Edinburgh and London offices. The team was created in early 2000 to provide companies with innovative debt-funded packages with minority equity stakes. Mark Gillespie and Michael Innes join the London team as director and associate director respectively. In the Edinburgh team, Donald Fowler has been appointed associate director and Nigel Moss as senior analyst. In Glasgow offices Andrew Craig and David Nisbet both join as senior analysts.
