Vantis Corporate Finance

Vantis Corporate Finance has appointed Jim Clark to its City team as associate director. Clark will work alongside Philip Marsden in Vantis's London office. He wes previously at HSBC Investment Bank and KPMG Transaction Services, and has experience in the areas of corporate broking, raising equity for small and mid-cap listed companies, and financial and commercial due diligence on transactions ranging in size from £1m-£3bn. Having trained with Ernst & Young's Entrepreneurial Services division, Clark is a chartered accountant.
