Contained Solutions receive funding from Yorkshire Fund Managers
Contained solutions Ltd has received investment backing from the Yorkshire and Humber Regional Capital Fund. The £200,000 funding will give the company, which has been trading for 15 months, the capacity to increase production. Contained Solutions manufactures hollow plastic articles for industrial and consumer goods applications. Sales have grown from £263,000 in 2002 to £1.58m in 2003. Richard Taylor at Yorkshire Fund Managers (YFM) handled the deal for the venture capitalist. Jonathan Emmott, corporate finance partner at Armstrong Watson advised Contained Solutions and introduced YFM to the company. YFM received legal advice from Derek Rodgers of Keeble Hawson.
