Bowmark Capital

Bowmark Capital Ltd has announced that Mike Simmonds has joined the company as a director. Simmonds has six years of private equity investment experience in the mid-market with LDC, in London and Reading. Whilst at LDC he worked on a number of transactions, including the £12m buyout of Spearhead Exhibitions, the £12m acquisition of stockbroker comdirect and the £14m MBO of specialist manufacturer Kee Klamps. Prior to that, Mike was an assistant director in the corporate finance practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers.
