LDC

LDC has appointed Yann Souillard as an investment director at its London office. Previously, he spent seven years at Barclays Leveraged Finance, where he was head of mezzanine. Andy Leach has also joined as portfolio director, based in LDC's Manchester office. He has more than 18 years experience in private equity, latterly as a director at Montagu Capital and formerly spent more than nine years with 3i based in Manchester. A chartered accountant and Oxford graduate, Leach started his career with Coopers & Lybrand.
