Duke Street Capital (DSC) has recently appointed John Hudson as director with responsibility for financial control of DSC investee companies and Jeffrey Belkin as group financial controller and finance director of the DSC Group. Hudson, who joined DCS as finance director in 1999, will work principally with investee companies, overseeing the rapid implementation of financial controls and strategic financial planning processes. Before joining DSC, Hudson was interim Head of Finance at Morgan Grenfell Private Equity. Belkin joins the team from Schroders Plc. In his new role, he will be responsible for both DSC and Duke Street Capital Debt Management. Belkin will oversee the Group’s finance and funds administration function, ensuring that both the debt and equity businesses maintain efficient finance operations. He will also be responsible for industry reporting and communications to DSC’s investors.
