Freeth Cartwright
Stephen Pearson has joined the independent law firm Freeth Cartwright to head its new team responsible for public and private partnership services. Pearson has more than a decade of expertise in public and private finance initiatives. Most recently, Pearson worked for the national firm of Bevan Brittan where he spent nine years as an in-house lawyer in the motor industry and headed their Birmingham projects unit. Pearson will provide support in technical areas such as European regulations, selection processes, due diligence and compliance. As part of the team at Freeth Cartwright, he will also provide an holistic approach to the whole PFI process for clients such as local authorities, NHS trusts, developers, development consortiums and on all projects with a public-private interface.
