Mark Davis joined this week as a partner in the firm’s London office. Mark is joining the firm’s international corporate practice and will specialise in private equity and corporate work. He was previously a senior associate specialising in private equity at Ashurst in London. Mark has broad experience of advising on private equity investments and exits, LBOs, restructurings and other mergers and acquisitions work in the UK and internationally. He read law at Trinity College, Cambridge and was admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales in 1995.
