Interregnum
The board of Interregnum has announced the appointment of Dr John Forrest as a non-executive director. Interregnum has also strengthened its corporate finance advisory capabilities with the appointment of four managing directors, Niall Doran, James Gambrell, Timothy Gocher and Alexander MacPherson. Forrest was appointed chairman of Interregnum's international advisory board in April 2003. He was previously a non-executive director of 3i Plc and chairman of the Spectrum Management Advisory Group, a body set up by the UK Parliament to advise government ministers on the management and use of the wireless spectrum. Forrest was the founder and first chief executive of NTL. He has advised the European Commission for several years in its major science and technology programmes and has assisted several technology start-ups as chairman or director and been closely involved in their initial public offerings on the London AlM and US NASDAQ markets.
