Dunedin Enterprise
The board of Dunedin Enterprise Investment Trust Plc has announced the appointments of Elisabeth Airey and William Haughey OBE as non-executive directors. Airey has over 20 years experience in banking, corporate advisory and finance. She worked from 1990 to 1999 as finance director of Monument Oil and Gas Plc until its sale to Lasmo Plc. Ms Airey currently has a portfolio of roles including executive director at the oil industry specialist corporate finance boutique, Harrison Lovegrove & Co Ltd; chairman of Zetex Plc, the quoted semiconductor company; non executive director of JPMorgan Fleming European Fledgeling Investment Trust Plc; and non executive director and senior independent director of Amec Plc. Haughey is currently executive chairman of Glasgow-based City Refrigeration Holdings Ltd, a company he set up in 1985.
