Former venture capitalists have founded Cipio Partners
Hans-Dieter Koch, former chief executive of B-business Partners, Werner Dreesbach, previously a managing partner at Atlas Venture and Tom Anthofer, formerly an investment banker with Broadview, have founded Cipio Partners. The Munich and London-based partnership will buy and actively manage secondary positions. The company, which the founders have been working on since April, will invest in Germany, the UK and the Benelux regions. It will invest money on behalf of other secondary funds as opposed to raising its own fund.
