Corbett Keeling
Corbett Keeling, the corporate finance adviser, has recently appointed Tom Amies and Douglas Blausten as associates. Amies graduated from Cambridge University before qualifying as a chartered accountant with Deloitte & Touche where he worked in audit and corporate finance. In 2001, Amies became a director of Amies international, a firm that advises on mergers, acquisitions and sales of businesses, especially in the pharmaceuticals and personal care sectors. He works with Corbett Keeling on assignments which are in those sectors and involve providing regulated corporate finance advice. Blausten graduated from Cambridge University. He owns 30% of Cyril Leonard, a surveying, real estate and asset management services firm that operates in the UK, North America and mainland Europe. Leonard has a wide variety of clients including Rolls Royce, Delancey Estates, Clerical Medical, Polo Ralph Lauren and Rentokil Initial. He works with Corbett Keeling on assignments which require a combination of property expertise and corporate finance advice. These two new additions will increase Corbett Keeling's team to a total of 10 people.
