Barclays Capital

Barclays Capital has recruited Chris Turner and Tim Taylor to strengthen its European leveraged finance business. Turner, who will be based in London, joins as head of European high yield capital markets and was previously at Merrill Lynch in New York where he was managing director in the high yield team. Turner becomes head of European leveraged loans from Deutsche Bank, where he was a director in the loan capital markets team. He will report to Chris Coles and will also be based in London.
