GE European Leveraged Finance
GE European Leveraged Finance, part of the recently formed GE Commercial Finance, has announced the appointment of Miles Alexander as director and James Inglis as associate director of the London-based group. Alexander, who will be responsible for originating and underwriting participations in senior debt and mezzanine industrial sector deals, previously worked for GE Structured Finance Group. Prior to this, he worked for the French insurance company AGF as financial controller for Spain and Latin America. Inglis, who will focus on deal origination for GE-led deals, previously spent over seven years in the corporate finance division of PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he specialised in private equity advisory work.
