BDO Stoy Hayward
BDO Stoy Hayward has taken on two new partners to expand its corporate finance team in the South East. Mark Aldridge joins the team from Horwath Clark Whitehill, where he had been a partner since 1996 and Mark Bomer will join the firm on 3 September from BDO Gendrot in Paris, where he had been a partner since 1994. Aldridge will specialise in private equity work, while Bomer will focus on cross-border investigations, particularly deals involving French companies. This latest round of appointments follows BDO’s recent announcement that the firm would be promoting eight current employees to partners in the South East from July, including Ian Cooper and Alex White in the corporate finance team.
