Prelude Technology Investments

Prelude Technology Investments has appointed Russell Haggar to its investment management team. Haggar has spent 15 years in the data communications technology industry, with roles ranging from strategic consulting to membership of a startup management team. In 1997 he became head of internet and data communications consulting at Scientific Generics, a Cambridge-based business and technology consultancy. Most recently Haggar was director of product strategy for Element 14, which designs chipsets for ADSL systems.
