Formerly a director within BDO Stoy Hayward's private equity team, Neil Moulding has joined Barclays Bank as a director of structured finance. During his time at BDO, Moulding was involved in a number of high profile transactions including the public-to-private of Oasis Stores and the subsequent secondary buyout by Baugur, the MBO of Hobbs and the acquisition of Card Warehouse by Cardfair. His new role is focussed upon strengthening the position of Barclays in the property market, targeting leveraged and other complex transactions.
