Lovells
Lovells has enhanced its European private equity practice with the expansion of its private equity team in Paris. Nomos founding partner, Monique Sentilles-Dupont, and a team of three associates will join Lovells in October 2004. The move will augment the firm's strong track record and recognised reputation in the field. Sentilles-Dupont was one of the founding partners of French law firm Nomos in 1998. She has over 25 years experience as a lawyer focusing on private equity and transactional work. She, in Lovells' Paris office, will join the existing team of partners Alexis Terray and Jon Harry. This team liaises closely with European colleagues in Amsterdam, Frankfurt, London, Milan, Munich, Prague and Rome (Lovells' other offices specialising in private equity deals).
