Patrick Abel has joined PKF's Sheffield office from Grant Thornton. His appointment as corporate finance partner boosts the corporate finance team, currently headed by Mark Lister and Joanne Flanagan. Sue Stockley has been appointed insolvency partner at the Bristol office. She is merging her existing practice (3iP) with PKF's insolvency and corporate recovery team which will widen the scope of services PKF offers to clients in the southwest. Stockley has worked with both businesses and individuals, and has particular expertise in resolving debts through voluntary deals with creditors. Stuart Collins has been promoted to corporate audit partner within the firm's London office. He has been with PKF for seven years and has been a director specialising in business development for the past 18 months. He takes on responsibility for growing businesses and professional partnerships.
