Dr Arnab Banerji and Fields Wicker-Miurin have been appointed to the board of CDC, the emerging markets fund of funds investor. Before taking up his position as economic advisor to No 10 Downing Street, Dr Banerji was chief investment officer of Foreign & Colonial. Prior to joining, Dr Banerji was chief of staff at Citibank Global Asset Management, with particular responsibility for building Citi's global asset allocation process. Previously, he was Head of UK Equity Research at Citibank Scrimgeour Vickers; research analyst, and later director, at Nomura Securities and a fund manager with J Henry Schroder Wagg. Dr Banerji holds degrees in Physiology and Medicine from Oxford University. Wicker-Miurin is a co-founder of Leaders' Quest, an international not for profit organisation dedicated to connecting and developing leaders round the world. She is a non-executive director of the Royal London Group, Carnegie Group and Savills plc.
