Tenon Group launches corporate finance arm
Tenon Group plc has announced the launch of a new corporate finance service, Tenon Corporate Finance. The team has been created following a strategic review by the Tenon Group and will provide advice to management, major groups and venture capital houses on company sales, acquisitions and private equity transactions. Tenon Corporate Finance, which has 35 staff across nine UK offices, will be led by Harry Dhand and Ian Beswick. In the past twelve months the team have advised 46 deals worth in excess of £370m, including the £65m MBO of Thornbury Nursing and the £20m aquisition of Cloverleaf by Pimpernel.
