Friends Ivory & Sime to become ISIS Capital
Friends Ivory & Sime Private Equity, the private equity arm of asset manager Friends Ivory & Sime, will now be known as ISIS Capital. ISIS Capital, headed by managing director Wol Kolade, will continue to be a research-led, sector-focused investor in European unquoted companies. ISIS Capital’s core activities are within the Business Services, Consumer Markets, Healthcare, IT, and Media and Communications industries. ISIS will invest between £2m and £30m in companies at all stages, excluding start-ups and pre-revenue businesses.
