Baronsmead VCT 4 in £9m fundraising
The Baronsmead VCT 4, managed by ISIS Equity Partners is aiming to raise around £9m in additional funds. The fund, which has already raised £21m, plans to have a series of ordinary share offers over the next nine months to increase its size to £30m. The fund was launched in December 2001 and has invested in 17 companies. The funding will be used to further diversify the portfolio to around 40 investments. The minimum subscription for ordinary shares per investor is £1000.
