Baker Tilly has appointed three new executives to the mergers & acquisition arm of its corporate finance team. Richard Barrow, Ben Wilson and Andrew Saunders have joined Baker Tilly's M&A headquarters in London, bringing with them a range of deal advisory experience across a variety of sectors including technology, financial services, manufacturing and retail. Barrow was previously with Ernst & Young's corporate finance team in South Africa, Saunders comes from accounting firm Wilkins Kennedy, while Wilson joins from the boutique Tenon. The group currently employs 20 partners and 54 staff across the UK.
