Lothian fund invests in private equity for the first time
The Lothian fund, administered by the city of Edinburgh Council, has altered its asset allocation and is incorporating private equity. The fund's adviser, Hymans Robertson, conducted an investment review last year. Lothian's allocation in equities has been reduced to 50% from 70%, while it will also invest 5% in private equity for the first time.
