Lloyds TSB Development Capital

Lloyds TSB Development Capital has promoted Simon Dempsey to head of the East Midlands region. He will be responsible for coordinating and developing market presence and arranging new transactions. Previously Dempsey was a director at the firm’s Birmingham office. Lloyds TSB Development Capital has also promoted Paul Johnson to the post of investment director at the Manchester office. Since he joined the firm some 18 months ago he has completed five deals, including a £2.25m development financing at ASC Computer Software and the £55m management buyout at Ethel Austin.
