Bank of Scotland Corporate Banking

Bank of Scotland Corporate Banking has appointed two directors to its London-based Structured Finance office. Jane Clark-Hutchison joins the team from Barclays Capital. Prior to joining Barclays, Clark-Hutchison worked for the structured finance team at the bank's London and Birmingham offices. Iain Corstorphine comes into the London office from the Edinburgh structuredfinance office.
