Vision Capital acquires LGV portfolio
A syndicate of investors led by Vision Capital has acquired a portfolio of seven companies from Legal & General Ventures in a deal that included £120m of committed capital. Other investors in the transaction were Goldman Sachs Asset Management, Landmark Partners and Paul Capital Partners. Vision Capital established two holding structures to facilitate the transaction: one to acquire Trident Components Group and the other to purchase Coal Products Ltd, TM Group, IPT, Interdean, Unipoly and Aluset.
