Electra Partners Europe

Electra Partners Europe has made several new appointments. Patrick Eisencheter and Marc Philippe will join the Paris office as directors, and Federico Pastura is joining as investment manager in the London office. Brian Allison has been appointed as an operating partner to work alongside investee management teams. Eisencheter joins from Europe@web, where he was vice president with responsibility for M&A. Philippe joins from two internet businesses , which he created and set up. Pastura joins from Merrill Lynch Leveraged Finance. Allison is currently Chairman and Director of Amtico Holdings Ltd, an Electra Partners Europe investment.
