Evolution receives £40m for IP2IPO stake

Evolution Group has sold a 22% stake in IP2IPO, a business which offers advice and funding to university spinouts, for £40.5m. The disposal of 9 million shares at 450p a share has reduced the investments bank's holding from 40.6% to 18.5%.
