BNP Paribas

Simon Godwin has been recruited from Hawkpoint to join the UK corporate finance team at BNP Paribas. He will focus on transactions with private equity firms and will report to Nicolas Beatty, head of UK corporate finance. Godwin spent a year working for Hawkpoint as part-time consultant, having previously worked for Schroders, where he specialized in the UK market and private equity transactions.
