Jonathan Morgan has decided to relinquish the role of managing director of PPM Ventures while continuing his association with the company until the end of 2004. Neil MacDougall will succeed Morgan as managing director of PPM Ventures. MacDougall, who joined PPM Ventures in 1989 and was appointed a director in 1995, is currently responsible for PPM Ventures' investment strategy in respect of the healthcare and chemical sectors. He is a director of Sterigenics International and Erikem Luxembourg SA (the holding company of Finnish Chemicals Oy) and a member of the shareholder committee of SUSPA Holding GmbH and the Supervisory Board of Orefi Participation SA Before joining PPM Ventures, MacDougall was a strategic management consultant at Bain & Co. Educated at St Catherine's College, Cambridge, he holds a degree in computer science.
