Vision Capital Syndication completes
Following the acquisition of the CS Structured Credit Fund announced in late February, Vision Capital has successfully completed the syndication of Vision Capital Partners IV (VCP IV), the partnership established to acquire the portfolio. Goldman Sachs Vintage Funds and funds managed by Landmark Partners remain the largest investors in the partnership, and five new investors have been introduced. These include funds managed by Paul Capital Partners, Unigestion, AIG Retirement Services and the Broad Foundation. As well as committing funds to acquire the portfolio, VCP IV has substantial additional discretionary capital available to support the strategic development of its portfolio companies.
