Prelude Trust

Prelude Trust has appointed Marion Sears and Anthony Martin to its board as non-executive directors. Previously, Sears was a managing director at JP Morgan before assuming non-executive directorships with companies including Boehringer Ingelheim Ltd, Dunelm Group Ltd and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Martin is currently managing partner at TMA Consultants. Previously, he has held senior positions in a number of well-known life science businesses both in the UK and the US, including British Biotech Products, Invitrogen Corporation, AZUR Environmental and Celsis International Plc.
