Dickinson Dees

Dickinson Dees has announced the recruitment of Jeremy Swift to the firm's corporate team as a partner. Swift joins from North West firm DWF, where he was also a partner. He specialises in public and private equity work, the acquisition and disposal of shares and businesses and will add significantly to Dickinson Dees’ existing corporate capability. Additionally, he will be bringing a number of clients with him to Dickinson Dees, including Monstermob Plc, Business Serve Plc and Group Fabricom Plc as well as a number of wealthy, private individual clients.
