Andrew Williams, a director of Schroder Ventures International Investment Trust plc (SVIIT) and CEO of Schroder Ventures (London) Limited (SVLL), has joined CDC Capital Partners as a non-executive director. At the same time, Jayne Almond, who joined the board in 1999 and has recently taken on a major executive role at Barclays Bank, leaves due to the pressures of the demands of her new commitments. Andrew Williams joined the Schroder Group in 1983, and over the past 20 years has held a variety of senior positions at Schroders and Schroder Ventures and has worked at length in Asia and North America, including 4 years in Japan.
