Matrix Private Equity

UK start-up investor Matrix Private Equity has promoted Helen Sinclair to managing director following the departure of co-founder Mark Burgess, who is leaving the UK to work in Australia. Sinclair graduated in Economics from Cambridge and was an investment executive at 3i between 1991-1998, before helping to set up Matrix Private Equity in 2000. She will be joined by Ashley Broomberg who has been promoted from investment manager to a director and has been with the firm since 2001.
