Hoseasons

Hoseasons, an independent self-catering holiday specialist, has acquired Bowhills, a French villa and farmhouse operator. Bowhills has been operating in upmarket French holidays for over thirty years and represents the start of Hoseasons' plans for further expansion into Europe. In June 2003 Hg Capital acquired Hoseasons in a secondary buyout from ECI Ventures in a transaction valued at £40m.
