Seven Hills and Madison Keats form life science partnership

Seven Hills Venture Partners Ltd and Madison Keats LLC have announced an agreement that will increase the life science deal-making capabilities of both companies. Under the terms of the collaboration, Seven Hills and Madison Keats will combine their respective client bases to improve product licensing, trade sale and acquisition opportunities for new and existing clients. In particular, Seven Hills will use Madison Keats' US presence to access North American pharmaceutical and biotechnology markets for UK and European life science companies and their products. Edinburgh-based Seven Hills Venture Partners is a venture investment and advisory group focused on embryonic and early-stage life science companies. US-based Madison Keats provides specialized consulting and advisory services for a select clientele drawn solely from the life sciences industry.
