Grant Thornton converts to LLP structure

As of 1 July 2004 Grant Thornton has become a limited liability partnership (LLP) called Grant Thornton UK LLP. All contracts and services agreements will be transferred to Grant Thornton Contracts LLP and all obligations of the current partnership will become obligations of Grant Thornton Contracts LLP, both subsidiaries of Grant Thornton UK LLP.
