Hogan & Hartson
Capital Markets partners Jeffrey M. Hurlburt and Peter Kohl have joined Hogan & Hartson, adding a further practice area to the London office of the firm. They join from Dorsey & Whitney where they were lead partners advising technology companies, private equity funds and multinational investment banks. They have extensive experience in public and private offerings of equity and debt securities, structured debt financing, securitisations, and project financing. The move follows a programme of expansion by Hogan & Hartson over the summer that has seen former McDermot, Will & Emery partner, Jonathan Ivinson, establish a Tax practice and Austen Hall, a former Clyde & Co partner, set up an Asset Finance practice. Further additions to the Capital Markets team are expected shortly.
