Intermediate Capital Group

ICG has appointed Andrew Phillips as director. He will continue his previous role of building ICG's non-mezzanine fund management business, as well as bringing experience of the European mezzanine market. Andrew Jackson, a managing director of the company, and one of the four founders, will be retiring from the board at the end of July.
