Sagitta Private Equity becomes Bowmark Capital
Sagitta Private Equity Ltd has announced that it has changed its name to Bowmark Capital Ltd. The change of name follows the management buyout of the firm from the Sagitta Group, which established it as an independent business. Bowmark Capital is currently investing its third fund, now re-named Bowmark Capital Partners III, which closed last year at its cap of £105m. Bowmark supports management teams undertaking buyouts, buy-ins, rollouts, build-ups and expansion financings in five sectors: business services; leisure; healthcare; media and IT services. Its investment team focuses on UK companies, typically with an enterprise value between £10-50m, and has collectively invested in over 60 growth businesses. Charles Ind and Kevin Grassby jointly run Bowmark Capital. Contact: Kevin Grassby or Charles Ind, Bowmark Capital Ltd, 3 St James's Square, London SW1Y 4JU.
