Royal Bank Private Equity
The Royal Bank of Scotland has announced the appointment of Iain Robertson as chairman of its Private Equity Group. He succeeds Johnny Cameron, who will remain a non-executive director. Robertson was also recently appointed chairman of Corporate Banking and Financial Markets at The Royal Bank of Scotland, having been chief executive since the division was created following the acquisition of NatWest in March 2000. Cameron succeeds him as chief executive.
