Teather & Greenwood
Mark Dickenson has joined Teather & Greenwood as an assistant director in corporate finance. He was an assistant director at Altium Capital responsible for origination, introduction, management and execution of a wide variety of corporate finance transactions. Dickenson qualified as a solicitor with Clifford Chance. Jon Drage has also joined the company as a corporate finance manager. He was previously with Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein as an associate member of the corporate broking team handling regulatory and market related issues for clients. In a third appointment, Thomas Hulme has transferred from the tax efficient solutions department to corporate finance as an executive. He has assisted with the development, marketing and administration of various products and services of tax efficient solutions to the IFA market and to Teather & Greenwood Investment Management.
