Noble Fund Managers
Noble Fund Managers has appointed Charles McMicking as director responsible for managing its existing AIM and unquoted portfolios and increasing its funds under management in the private equity and small cap specialist fund arenas. McMicking will be based in the Group’s Edinburgh head office and takes up his position on 23 July. He will immediately assume management responsibility for the equity portfolio of Enterprise VCT, which has net assets of around £33m. Currently, McMicking is a partner with Electra Partners in London, where he manages the smaller companies portfolio of the Electra Investment Trust and runs a dedicated special situations fund; he has been with Electra for almost eight years.
