NM Rothschild & Sons

International investment bank NM Rothschild & Sons has established an equity private placement group and appointed Lloyd Campbell, formerly managing director and co-head of private finance at Credit Suisse First Boston, as managing director and group head. The new unit will have offices in New York and London and serve US and European companies, both private and public, which are looking to the private market for capital.
