SJ Berwin has promoted five new partners in London. London-based Richard Watkins specializes in private equity investment fund structuring, carried interest, co-investment and other private equity incentive schemes and also advises on private equity transactions including venture and development capital investments. Also in the London office John Skoulding has been appointed to the tax department, following experience on corporate finance and private equity transactions. Robert Andrews has been appointed as partner in the banking department to advise borrowers and lenders on a wide range of domestic and international financing transactions. Charlotte Douglas has been promoted to partner in the media and communications department, while Nick Minkoff has been appointed partner in the real estate department.
