Irish corporate law firm Matheson Ormsby Prentice has announced the appointment of senior corporate partner Andrew Doyle as head of its London office. The office, which advises only on Irish law, now comprises three partners and several associates. Doyle, ranked as one of Ireland’s leading corporate lawyers, has extensive experience in private equity, mergers and aquisitions. Doyle was a partner with another of Ireland’s large corporate law firms before joining Matheson Ormsby Prentice in 1999.
