Vantis Corporate Finance Ltd has appointed Tony Lindsay as manager in the lead advisory team at its City office. Lindsay will be advising on raising funds from private equity providers, buyouts, acquisitions and sales, mainly in the £5-50m deal range. Previously, Lindsay was a member of Deloitte's corporate finance advisory team in London, and prior to that he held consulting positions within Andersen's strategy, finance and economics team, based in both London and Johannesberg.
